Nisos plot

Nisos is a seafront plot of 332.668 m², at the tourist location of Acharavi, northeast Corfu. with panoramic sea views to the Adriatic. This is probably one of the last few plots of this size on the island that is for sale, suitable for the construction of a luxury hotel complex. Nisos offers panoramic views to the Adriatic, and access to a magnificent white sand private beach.  The plot also boasts a private forest, percentage to a magnificent historic private church in need of renovation, and proximity to a small lake. Nysos is right next to Saint Catherine’s plot, another large plot sold by our office, making up of a total area of 578.000 m² together.
